Proofbook helps you schedule checks and retain evidence. It does not certify compliance, replace professional advice, guarantee acceptance by an inspector, or supply jurisdiction-specific templates. You remain responsible for the checks, evidence, retention rules, and exports you use.
License
The free edition supports two active procedures. A US$29 one-time Proofbook Plus purchase unlocks unlimited procedures and custom retention on devices where a valid license is restored. Sociobot/Dodo is merchant of record and handles payment and refunds; a refund revokes the license.
Local data and availability
Your browser stores the binder. Keep backups: clearing site data, losing a passphrase, or losing a device may make records unrecoverable. The software is supplied “as is” without warranties to the extent allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Proofbook to violate law, misrepresent evidence, or store content you do not have a right to possess.
